Candle care

Wax melts
• Use wax melt burners specifically designed for melts.
• Place the burner on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from flammable materials.
• Never leave a burner unattended while it is in use.
• Use in a well-ventilated area.
• Keep wax melts and burners out of the reach of children and pets.
• Clean the burner regularly to prevent residue build-up.
• Store wax melts in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Candles
• Place candles on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface,
away from flammable materials and drafts.
• Never leave burning candles unattended.
• Burn candles in a place where there are no drafts to prevent uneven burning.
• Keep candles out of the reach of children and pets.
• Trim the wick to about 5mm each time you light the candle
lights to prevent smoking and tunneling.
• Ensure sufficient ventilation in the room due to smoke build-up.
• Do not burn candles for more than 4 hours at a time to prevent overheating.
• Let the candle burn for at least 2 - 4 hours the first time, or until
the molten wax reaches the edge of the glass.
• Allow the wax to melt to the edge of the glass each time you use it
prevent tunnel formation.
• Burn the candle until about 2 cm of wax remains to avoid overheating
from the glass.

A natural phenomenon of organic wax is that small crystals can form on the side or top of the candle, before or after burning. This is called frosting. No worries! This is due to the temperature differences in the house and when transporting the candle. How visible it is depends on how dark the color of the candle is. Therefore, with white candles, it is almost invisible. It disappears during burning. Frosting is completely normal and will not affect the quality and scent of the candle. This way you can see whether the candle is really made of 100% natural wax.
